What Youll Do
- Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls providing general information about our services and connecting clients with the appropriate team for business consultations.
- Deliver professional customerfocused communication via phone and email ensuring a positive client experience.
- Update and maintain customer records to facilitate seamless interactions and efficient service.
- Thrive in a fastpaced highvolume call environment handling inquiries with confidence and clarity.

- Ability to handle high call volume in a fastpaced highenergy environment while staying organized.
- Detailoriented and adaptable with a problemsolving mindset.
- Comfortable using basic computer applications like Outlook Excel and Word.
- Bilingual communication is a plus!
