Job Description
GOSSETT MOTOR CARS
One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and are seeking a professional individual to become part of the automotive service industry. We are searching for an individual with a positive attitude. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fastpaced work force and additional opportunities.
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently seeking a Service Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service department calls
- Schedule appointments
- Communicate with callers in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquires
- Assist the Service Manager with various clerical duties as needed
- Contact customers for Customer Satisfaction responses
- Handle customers with integrity and poise and refer incoming calls to the appropriate individual for further assistance
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
