Job Summary

Were seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our team. The National Account Manager role is a strategic position focused on providing exceptional support to key enterprise clients. This role requires strong relationshipbuilding skills a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement through datadriven insights. This is a MondayFriday position working 9am 6pm shift.

What Youll Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Define resource and technological requirements for improved reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and strengthen relationships with corporate and sitelevel management.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with internal management to refine operational standards for national account tiers.
  • ValueAdded Services: Collaborate with National Account Directors to enhance and streamline valueadded service offerings.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective national account communication and deliverables.
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of 610 national accounts ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Escalation Management: Resolve complex issues by collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Case Management: Open and manage cases/work orders as required.

What Youll Need

  • At least two years related experience tech support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus!

Base Compensation Range: $70K up to $75K per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data experience skillset and geographical location.
