Job Description

Responsible for direct indexing trading activities and processes. Provides outstanding client outcomes while adhering to regulatory and internal standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepares assigned direct indexing portfolios that meet or exceed performance standards consistent with investment objectives and adhering to clientspecified or regulatory restrictions and constraints.

  • Collaborates and partners with investment advisors to deliver portfolio construction plans. Offers strategies for financial planning and set up required personalized indexing capabilities for clients.

  • Analyzes portfolio management data and coordinates resolution of process issues. Collaborates with internal collaborators to investigate exceptions within trading instructions.

  • Reviews and monitors portfolios trading activity to ensure portfolios track assigned index appropriately and accurately.

  • Supports the delivery of sophisticated portfolio construction and management strategy for sophisticated financial planning accounts.

  • Builds relationships with external clients and internal departments. Acts as a liaison to facilitate a successful strategic approach to meet client and business needs.

  • Participates in and may lead initiatives to improve departmental policies and procedures. Review workflow changes to ensure they better meet evolving business needs and maintain adherence to external regulations.

  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five years related work experience in the Financial Services industry or client services preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Progress towards or completion of CFA or CFP preferred.

Salary Range:

$70000.00 $125000.00
