The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Transactional Contracts and Pricing team has an opening for a Experienced Contracts and Pricing Representative in Hazelwood Missouri to support United States Government (USG) programs.

The USG position would support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) customer across aircraft programs such as Apache F/A18 F15 KC135 B52 and B1 which have complex proposal and execution challenges. The selected individual will support proposal negotiation and contract review and execution processes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Exercises appropriate signature authority proposes and negotiates agreements utilizing approved contract terms and conditions
• Researches drafts and makes recommendations on proposal and contractual language supporting the product or service delivery processes and conducts document reviews
• Develops documents and executes complex business plans through the analysis of contractual data
• Performs due diligence and integration of newly acquired entities to ensure implementation of contracting policies and practices
• Supports auditor requests and provides interpretation of findings identifies data for audit activities and identifies issues develops corrective actions and implements solutions
• Assesses process risks and control adequacy
• Maintains business processes and data integrity
• Supports development and documents guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements and command media
• Monitors/reconciles and ensures compliance in the performance of contractual and business commitments company policies laws and regulations
• Coordinates special requests for approval and exception interprets contractual letters provides contract performance status and performs contract closeout activities
• Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines
• Supports contracts administration

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently have a Bachelors Degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in Contracts Estimating Supplier Management and/or Finance
• 1 year of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas VLookups pivot tables charts filters and linking worksheets
• Experience communicating to employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership
• Experience working with analytics data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience building developing and maintaining customer relationships
• 1 years of experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
