Summary
This role involves developing and delivering training programs on risk management and trading for energy markets. The individual will assess training needs monitor effectiveness and update content based on feedback. They must stay updated on industry developments and provide ongoing support to trainees. Detailed documentation of training sessions and collaboration with content developers for longterm training are also required. The position demands communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate trainees.

Requires a bachelors degree in computer science electrical engineering economics or other related field or equivalent experience. MSc or PhD in mathematics statistics or computer science or related field such as physics economics or operations research preferred.

Compensation Range:
$116410.00 $216190.00Actual total compensation including a performance based incentive bonus is commensurate with experience skills qualifications education training and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range the decision will be made on a casebycase basis.
