Job Description
Jack Morton is seeking a passionate and energetic selfstarter who is eager to assist in the Production of our automotive clients yearly events.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Project Delivery
- Own tracking reports
- Provide onsite event support
Client Focus/Relationship Management
- Follow up on status reports and schedules to ensure all needs / deadlines are met
- Proactively follow up and keep team informed with consistent clear communication responding in a
timely manner
Budget Support
- Act as a liaison with all internal parties on invoices and vendor payments and assist with project
reconciliation
Team Collaboration
- Effectively schedule and communicate all aspects of assigned project with meeting requests and detailed
meeting notes - Work responsively and cooperatively with clients and other vendors and partners
PROJECT DETAILS
- This is a temporary project assignment of approximately 450 total hours starting immediately and continuing through the end of September
- Only candidates who submit hourly rate requirements will be considered.
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Event coordination and hospitality experience preferred
- Comfortable managingtravel logistics and onsite execution
- Exceptional organizational skills can juggle logistics calendars and realtime needs
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Client service mindset professional poised and solutionoriented under pressure
- In office 3 to 5 days a week in the Detroit office through project
- Ability to travel to the event in Las Vegas (Sept 1925)
