For their growing sales and service subsidiaries in the Nordics Region (Sweden Denmark Norway and Finland) we are currently looking for a
HR Manager (m/f/d) Nordics Region
(located either in Gothenburg Oslo Copenhague or Nurmijrvi)
Your responsibilities
As the Regional HR Manager you will serve as the primary representative for all peoplerelated matters including budgeting talent management compensation and benefits and recruitment.
Reporting into the Regional CFO you will drive the development and implementation of HR strategies within the region ensuring alignment with the global HR framework. This includes creating and implementing policies and processes that foster consistency efficiency and adherence to best practices across the region.
You will lead the design and ongoing management of the organizational structure to ensure it is optimized to support both current business needs and longterm strategic objectives.
With a proactive and forwardthinking approach you will guide the development of a highperforming HR function. This includes enhancing team skills maximizing potential and utilizing shared resources and tools to foster growth and performance excellence across the organization.
As a culture champion you will work to develop promote and embed the core elements of the company culture such as purpose values and behavioral models ensuring they are understood embraced and demonstrated across the region.
Acting as a mediator between internal and external stakeholders you will stay informed of HR trends advocate for best practices and maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
You will support and enable the Leadership Team to perform their HR and leadership responsibilities at the best possible quality and commitment.
Your Qualifications
A university degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field is required with a masters degree being advantageous.
A minimum of 8 years experience in HR within an international context including experience managing complex environments and regional structures driving transformational change and leading process management initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Swedish and/or Norwegian. Other Scandinavian languages would be a plus.
Proficiency in SAP Success Factors would be advantageous.
An empathetic and peopleoriented manager with a strong passion for modern HR topics as well as a goaloriented mindset and a keenness for change management and facilitation of relationships.
