Job Description

Are you an actionoriented leader with the ability to guide people through change management Do you have experience with Savedesk and B2B Then this could be your next opportunity. You will be working as a Savedesk Manager for a brandnew team within Customer Service B2B.

As a Savedesk Manager you will have overall responsibility for leading a brandnew team of loyalty sales agents. The role includes preventing churn driving proactive sales and upselling to our active customer base. Since the role is new there is an expectation to work closely with our Business Unit Small to develop ways of working establish feedback loops create reports and drive continuous improvements.

The position is based in Sundsvall or Gothenburg and you will be part of the Customer Service B2B management team. You will collaborate closely with your peers in Customer Service management key stakeholders and other supporting functions within Telia.


As a Savedesk Manager your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Deliver in alignment with our overall key performance indicators and take accountability for the service experience and results of your team.
  • Drive operational excellence in antichurn and loyalty sales and coach/develop agents in daytoday operations.
  • Establish a dynamic way of working to improve efficiency and ensure redundancy.
  • Influence the business results of Customer Service B2B guided by the longterm business plan and create shortterm action plans aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across quality management training transformation customer experience process development workforce management and more.
  • Ensure customers receive the best possible support based on their identified needs and offer optimal solutions to meet those needs.

We are looking for an actionoriented leader with experience from Savedesk BusinesstoBusiness and the Small segment who is passionate about customer experience and sales excellence. You have a strong drive a cando attitude and the ability to make things happen.

You are a leader with the ability to guide people through change achieve common goals and priorities and maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and sales performance. You also have solid coaching skills and can motivate and support people to succeed.

To succeed in this role we believe you have a proven track record in leading Savedesk teams within the B2B area and a strong understanding of the complex solutions this customer segment requires. Experience in the telco industry is also essential. You value transparency and communication build strong relationships with stakeholders and know how to navigate within a large organization.

Your formal education may vary but you have a strong operational and commercial understanding of what it takes to satisfy customers build loyalty and drive growth.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in leading Savedesk operations within the BusinesstoBusiness area
  • Strong experience in change management including building effective organizations streamlining through synergies and creating efficient working methods through clear processes and routines.
  • Operational knowhow in managing Savedesk from a KPI process management and customer experience perspective.
  • Ability to drive consistent performance in Savedesk operations in a costefficient manner.
  • Experience in leading digitalization and change initiatives managing teams and identifying new best practice opportunities within B2B Savedesk operations
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English written and spoken.
