Comfort Hotel Malm. The hotel has 293 rooms 4 meeting rooms gym and is designed to give room for more than just sleepovers. Your todolist as a Comfort GM:
- As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Malm youre the leader onsite. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand you act as the CEO of your hotel
- Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
- Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
- Keep an eye on the numbers managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
- Keep the daytoday operations running like clockwork ensuring everything flows smoothly from checkin to checkout
- Lead a small tightknit team creating a fun collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
- Bring sustainability into everything we do helping us be a responsible player
Oh and speaking Swedish (or another Scandinavian language) is kind of a big deal for this role youll need it to keep up with meetings and day today communications.
