ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client is seeking an IT Support Specialist.
Our client is a wellestablished company in the import and distribution of promotional items corporate apparel and accessories. With a strong presence in Greece Cyprus and the Balkans they collaborate with top European brands and maintain the largest stock in their industry ensuring fast delivery times and exceptional service to a diverse professional client base.
Location: Eastern Thessaloniki
Working Model: Onsite Working Hours: 09:0017:00
You will be reporting to: CEO
What you will do:
You will be responsible for the technical support of the organization including onsite user support computer setup software installations troubleshooting and managing network and local resources.
More specifically you will:
Provide technical support for Windows Server DC Backup Active Directory and Azure
Manage and support Office365 SharePoint SQL databases and server backups
Handle Softone ERP and HRM system
Network Administration H/W & S/W management and peripheral devices support
Maintain security infrastructure including firewalls antivirus and VPN
Oversee VoIP telephony systems
Train and guide internal users on ITrelated topics
Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
At least 34 years of proven professional experience in a similar role
Very Good knowledge in English
Strong knowledge of networking equipment Windows Server Microsoft 365
andERPsystems
Familiarity with VoIP telephony
Strong problemsolving skills adaptability initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
