Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field
- 13 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced setting
- Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus

Were seeking a motivated and detailoriented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. If youre passionate about financial strategy and analysis and youre looking for a role that encourages growth and collaboration we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
- Analyze financial data identify trends and provide insights to support decisionmaking
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Prepare regular financial reports for management highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations
- Support monthend and yearend closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities
- Help streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
