Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Microsoft Product Manager (d/f/m) to join our Information Management Department based in Donauwrth Germany.
As a Microsoft Product Manager you will be part of the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms team. You will be accountable endtoend of the Microsoft Windows infrastructures . You will be in charge of the development of the Service Catalog of our products and solutions.
Your Challenges:
Design the new solutions and features to meet the Business requirements
Implement IT operational processes and procedures to monitor the robustness optimization automation and security of the solutions
Steer the providers on transformation and Business projects and followup Run activities
Maintain life cycle of IT assets and ensure the completeness of their technical & functional information including their relations in the configuration management database (CMDB)
Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of IT platform solutions
Propose continuous improvement
Your boarding pass:
You have a Bachelors and/or Masters degree in IT or in a comparible field of studies
You are service oriented always seeking for quality and simplicity framed by the processes and constraints
You are team spirit sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open minded and welcome feedback
You know the ITIL framework
You have troubleshooting skills allowing you to solve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
You have a good knowledge of
Windows Operating Systems
Microsoft System Center suite and especially Configuration management
PowerShell scripting
Appreciated : Nutanix VMware AWS Dell & HP Servers SAN & NAS storage Zabbix Monitoring Dynatrace Ansible ServiceNow
Negotiation level in English German and/or French language skills are a plus

Als MicrosoftProduktmanager werden Sie Teil des Teams fr Infrastrukturen und digitale Plattformen sein. Sie tragen die Verantwortung fr die gesamte Microsoft WindowsInfrastruktur. Sie sind verantwortlich fr die Entwicklung des Servicekatalogs unserer Produkte und Lsungen.
Ihre Herausforderungen:
Entwicklung neuer Lsungen und Funktionen zur Erfllung der Geschftsanforderungen

Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in:
