Position Overview
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy when receiving and recording all movements of inventory and materials to and from Intercity Packers Richmond facilities.
Position: FullTime Permanent
Schedule: MondayFriday 8am4:30pm
Wage: $20.00/hr
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor
- Achieving productivity targets.
- Working together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Ensuring products are shipped and received to specifications.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Frequently operate a forklift pallet jack hand jack and other equipment to load unload transport and store goods.
- Forklift Certification (Battery) and Forklift Certification (Propane)
(Training can be provided). - Strong Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Accountable and Dependable.
- Self motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.
- Frequent lifting pushing & pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending/stooping. Occasionally required to squat/kneel/rotate/twist/balance.
- Must be able to work Holidays as required
- Able to work Overtime as required
