Program Manager

$135k Bonus!

Are you an experienced Program Manager with expertise in plant closures production relocations and tooling management We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead major projects within a prestigious organization in the manufacturing sector.

Position Details:

  • Role: Program Manager
  • Compensation: $135k Bonus

Your Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive and manage the closure of a manufacturing plant ensuring seamless operations throughout the transition.
  • Production Relocation: Oversee the relocation of production assets including international and domestic moves to optimize efficiency.
  • Tooling Management: Manage the reassignment of tools including moving tools to India and tools to Boston while ensuring the finished assembly moves efficiently to Mississippi.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to implement strategic initiatives maintaining effective communication and execution.
  • HandsOn Project Management: Demonstrate practical expertise in navigating the complexities of largescale projects.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing plant closures relocation projects and tooling management.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with high visibility projects.
  • Preferred background in OEM or related industries with handson capabilities essential.
