Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer III to join our dynamic team in a growing fastpaced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong background in plastics and injection molding along with handson experience in capital project execution we want to hear from you!
As a Process Engineer III you will play a key role in improving our manufacturing processes leading engineering projects and driving operational excellence. Youll work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities implement solutions and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for plastic components using injection molding techniques

Lead and manage capital projects from concept to completion including budgeting equipment selection and installation

Analyze process data and make recommendations for continuous improvement to ensure efficiency quality and safety

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Quality Maintenance and Production

Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues in a timely manner

Stay current with new technologies and trends in plastics and process engineering
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within the plastics industry

Strong experience in injection molding is a must

Proven track record in managing capital projects

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and project management skills
