We are looking for a detailoriented and passionate Remote Itinerary Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will design customized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences helping to create seamless and unforgettable travel experiences.
No previous travel industry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs goals and preferences
- Develop personalized itineraries including transportation accommodations and activities
- Research destinations experiences and vendors to provide the best options for clients
- Confirm and manage all travel bookings ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on travel trends safety regulations and special promotions
- Use companyprovided tools including a booking platform and client management system to assist in daytoday tasks
- Maintain regular communication with clients before during and after their trips
Qualifications
- Strong passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with computers online research and CRM tools
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer (laptop or desktop)
- No prior experience necessary
