Job Description
Are you licensed in the state of Iowa as one of the following: LMHC LISW LMFT LMFTT LMSW LMHCT Come be part of our intensive outpatient therapy program where you will work with the geriatric community suffering from depression and anxiety due to the aging process. Our patients typically improve within 6 months of being in our program!
**This position requires someone to be in person working a hybrid work schedule.**
- Salary: up to $90000 / year (dependent upon experience) **SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE UP TO 10K**
- Location: Harlan Iowa (This is a wellestablished program that originally opened in 2019 and we are hiring due to growth!)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with no weekends / no holidays / no on call hours
- Note: WE PROVIDE SUPERVISION FOR PROVISONALLY LICENSED THERAPISTS!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician RN Director and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population
- Use evidenced based therapeutic approaches and develop personalize and update treatment plans with your team
- Provide compliant documentation based on Medicare guidelines within a designated timeframe
- Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
- Individual sessions
- Family therapy (as needed)
- Assist with local community education
- Other duties as assigned

About us:
Senior Life Solutions an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals typically 65 and older experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
- Licensure: License in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of IA LMHC / LISW / LMFT / LMSW / LMHCT LMFTT required
