Metal Shop Production Team Member
Wheatland WY FullTime $1622/hr DOE

The Role
As a Metal Shop Production Team Member youll be cutting forming and preparing custom metal panels and trim for postframe buildings. Youll operate roll formers shears and other machinery and work with a team that values craftsmanship safety and hustle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work wants to master shop equipment and thrives in a fastpaced environment where details matter.
What Youll Do
- Operate roll formers shears and other production equipment
- Cut and shape metal panels and trim to spec
- Perform quality checks to uphold Westerns standards
- Assist with inventory tracking and material staging
- Support your team and jump in where needed
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
What You Bring
- Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Comfort using hand tools and operating machinery
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warm or cold conditions
- Willingness to learn and a teamfirst mindset
