TTEC Digital AWS Practice is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to join our growing AWS Practice. This is a 100% remote role based in North America.
We currently have a need to hire an experienced AWS Presales/Solution Architect to be the technical subject matter expert supporting the development of relationships and opportunities with customers. You will work closely with our customers CLevel and Technical Executives to define a next generation Customer Experience vision in AWS built on AI then design the technical solutions that will enable the vision. Customers will look to you as the expert to help them achieve their business goals through technology leveraging the power of AWS services.
Your knowledge and experience in Amazon Connect AWS intelligent automation voice applications digital channels Generative AI journey orchestration voice selfservice and conversational Bot solutions space will be the key for success. We offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and quarterly upside earning potential.
