Job Description
Amazon Robotics develops stateofthe art robotics for Amazons Fulfillment Centers which handle more individual items than any company in the world. We are combining computer vision mobile robots advanced endofarm tooling and highdegree of freedom movement to solve realworld problems at huge scale. Our team works with a variety of customers across Amazon worldwide to conceive develop prototype and deploy a wide range of robotic systems. Within Amazon Robotics Global Operations Artificial Intelligence (GOAI) enables Amazon to accelerate and scale our machine learning transformation via humanintheloop support. GOAIs Technology & Development Team is a crossfunctional team of Software Developers Technical Program Managers Program Managers and Business Intelligence Engineers who are responsible for the technical strategy and delivery for GOAI.
Key job responsibilities
Develop program roadmaps and strategies with customers and manage the life cycle including hypothesis testing
Work with GOAIs Software Team to define and deliver GOAIs software feature roadmap. Deliver highquality solutions and provide guidance regarding architecture design and priorities
Identify any internal or external tooling needed and manage make versus buy decisions.
Manage and support outsourced technical service providers.
Work with BIEs to build GOAI performance metrics and dashboards.
Drive large scale projects spanning teams across Amazon from inception to conclusion formulate the program vision and research appropriate technical solutions.
Clearly communicate vision plans and project status to management and key technical and business stakeholders.
Identify assess and mitigate risks provide escalation management anticipate and make tradeoffs balancing the business needs versus constraints.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across crossfunctional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience working with engineering teams developing artificial intelligence machine learning and/or robotic solutions
Experience with Agile and Project Management toolsets

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
