Global Partnership Manager

Location: Fully Remote
Reports to: Head of Marketing

As we expand our ecosystem of strategic partners we are seeking a proactive and relationshipdriven Global Partnerships Manager to lead our CDN partnership strategy.

The Role

The Global Partnership Manager will play a key role in developing and managing strategic technology infrastructure and business partnerships that drive revenue improve service capabilities and expand our global footprint. This individual will identify highimpact partners (e.g. VAR Resellers MSPs ISPs infrastructure providers platforms and integrations) negotiate agreements and ensure longterm mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance CacheFlys CDN value proposition.
  • Own and drive revenue targets associated with partnersourced deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key infrastructure providers tech vendors and integration partners.
  • Define joint value propositions and partnership models including coselling and comarketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate partner agreements and ensure alignment on strategic goals and success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner operations escalations and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with product engineering sales and marketing teams to maximize partner impact.
  • Provide training tools and support to ensure partners are equipped for success
  • Track partner KPIs and regularly report on outcomes risks and opportunities.
  • Champion a datadriven approach to prioritizing and scaling highvalue partnerships.

Who You Are

  • 5 years experience in partnerships channel sales or business development within the CDN Space
  • Demonstrated success building longterm revenuegenerating partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of CDN technologies and the digital delivery landscape.
  • Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic fastpaced startup environment.
  • Global experience and familiarity with international markets is a plus.
