Project Management Specialist
As Project Management Specialist your primary role is tolead and conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment to identify gaps that will impact project execution project management consultations to project teams as required will fall under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project execution capability assessment or project health check assessment for joint venture projects and present the outcome to the project sponsor.
- Analyze projects performance and present results to the project team and project sponsor.
- Prepare reports to analyses project progress in development or execution stages
- Facilitate project risks analysis.
- Collect and analyze projects lessons learned
- Support project team by providing them with consultation in project management best practices and procedures.
- Review and analyze project economics governance organization setup execution strategy cost estimating scheduling contracting procurements risk management.
- Provide support to develop the business plan project feasibility study project technical development.
- Analyze claims and advice on negotiation strategies.
- Conduct benchmarking studies.
Minimum Requirements
- As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelors degree in engineeringfrom a recognized and approved program.A masters degree in engineeringis preferred.
- You will have15 years workexperiences inproject managementincluding at least10 yearsas project or construction engineer.
- PMP certificate from Project Management Institute (or equivalent)
- work experiences in mega projects for refineries petrochemicals or infrastructure industries.
- experiences in developing project scope project schedule and cost estimates.
- experience and knowledge in modularization and stick built construction processes.
- be able to demonstrateknowledge in project engineering practices governance bid evaluation cost estimating planning scheduling and technical development.
- ability to work in international business environment and crosscultural professional.
- professional level in working with MS office (Excel Word and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
- Presentation skills and efficient communicationare necessary.
