Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Performing quality reviews on: SMU and RMU cases declines CRBR terminations
  • Delivering new hires trainings and weekly huddle trainings
  • Keeps up to date with changes in Credit Policy AML/CDD Policy and all due processes
  • Managing QA mailbox
  • Management of consultation chats for SMU and RMU Teams
  • SharePoint updates management
  • Monthly reporting management
  • Support in Credit and Risk issues
  • Support in Credit and Risk control selfassessments
  • Support in Credit and Risk audits
  • Procedure Management

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Understanding of Credit Bureau information and ability to analyze key business documentation in detail
  • Proven track record of dealing with difficult customer queries and providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge and experience of the MS Office suite: Excel Word etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements (sound business acumen)
  • Effective management of time ability to meet deadlines and priorities
  • Good team player capable of working under pressure in a growing business environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to produce well balanced comprehensive reports and recommendations
  • Previous credit underwriting and AML experience required; min. 2 years
  • Degree or previous work experience in finance is welcome
