Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Performing quality reviews on: SMU and RMU cases declines CRBR terminations
- Delivering new hires trainings and weekly huddle trainings
- Keeps up to date with changes in Credit Policy AML/CDD Policy and all due processes
- Managing QA mailbox
- Management of consultation chats for SMU and RMU Teams
- SharePoint updates management
- Monthly reporting management
- Support in Credit and Risk issues
- Support in Credit and Risk control selfassessments
- Support in Credit and Risk audits
- Procedure Management
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English
- Understanding of Credit Bureau information and ability to analyze key business documentation in detail
- Proven track record of dealing with difficult customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge and experience of the MS Office suite: Excel Word etc.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements (sound business acumen)
- Effective management of time ability to meet deadlines and priorities
- Good team player capable of working under pressure in a growing business environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to produce well balanced comprehensive reports and recommendations
- Previous credit underwriting and AML experience required; min. 2 years
- Degree or previous work experience in finance is welcome
