Job Description

Veiligheidsregio RotterdamRijnmond (VRR) is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Projectmedewerker Digitale Aanvraag Bestelde Ambulancezorg to support a vital digitalization initiative within the Meldkamer Ambulancezorg en Brandweerzorg.

In this projectbased role you will help streamline and implement a new digital request system for scheduled ambulance services. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of healthcare logistics project support and digital transformation in the public health or safety sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and rollout of the digital request system for scheduled ambulance care.

• Coordinate with ambulance services software vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and maintain documentation.

• Support testing training and communication around the new system.

• Identify and help resolve any logistical or technical challenges.

Requirements (Eisen)

• MBO/HBOlevel education preferably in Health Care ICT Public Administration or related field.

• Affinity with emergency or healthcare dispatching systems is a strong plus.

• Experience with project coordination or implementation of digital tools in healthcare.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

• Proficiency in Dutch (required); English is a bonus.
