About the Role
Please note this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience.
As a Principal Product Manager you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills as well as have a passion for enterprise/cloud networking & security while bridging customer business requirements with key market trends. You must be comfortable with frequent interaction with customers and prospects presenting our solution and explaining our security solution while understanding and articulating their requirements. A successful trackrecord of working closely with engineering sales and marketing and clearly communicating business goals in technical terms is a must.
We are looking for a talented Principal Product Manager to drive Netskopes product strategy and execution for securing GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications. The ideal candidate would be the one who takes ownership and is responsible for defining the core requirements of the product launching it and collaborating with product marketing to come up with an effective GTM plan. This position requires an indepth understanding of the GenAI/LLM threat landscape vulnerabilities and threats networking and cloud security OSI networking stack and products that are built with cloud native architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the execution and roadmap for Netskope products securing Large Language Model (LLM) products.
- Expertise in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment is a plus.
- Translate customer business needs into product strategy and technology requirements as part of MRD and PRD
- Develop manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders
- Takes ownership working with the broader team to ensure highquality deliverables
- Ensure optimal user experiences for end users by working closely with UX/UI designer and development teams on workflows lookandfeel
- Develop compelling sales tools and marketing content to support sales and field marketing teams
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate validate model outputs accuracy and safety guardrails.
- Create financial market and other analytical models to guide product pricing and gotomarket decisions
- Maintain competitive matrix and competitive intelligence materials including handson product testing
Job Requirements:
- 7 years in product management
- 5 years in the cloud network security or related markets
- Experience in vulnerability assessment penetration testing and remediation reports
- Experience in security and networking products dealing with threats such as Secure Web Gateway IPS heuristics and machine learning for threat detection
- Knowledge of LLMs GenAI frameworks like OWASP LLM T10 MITRE ATLAS
- Experience bringing to market AI/MLbased products
- Experience in user behavior analytics products
- Self motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very strong (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills leading and contributing to crossfunctional teams
- Experience in fastpaced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables
- Proven analytical and problemsolving skills required
Education & Travel:
- BS/BA in Computer Science or business required MS or MBA preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% (to USA domestic customer/trade shows)
