Job Description

Job Title: Clinic Audiologist
Location: Farnham Buckinghamshire
Banding: Band 5 Band 6 and Band 7
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: 40000 per annum
Working hours: Monday Friday

We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers to join our expanding clients team at The Hearing Care Partnership in Buckinghamshire. Our clinic is dedicated to providing toptier audiology services with a focus on patientcentred care. This role allows for significant professional growth autonomy in scheduling and access to advanced diagnostic tools and comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the daytoday operations of audiology services ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across the clinic.
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids.
  • Provide aftercare services.
  • Perform wax removal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
  • Use advanced diagnostic equipment such as Video Otoscopy Tympanometry Speech Testing REMs Microsuction and Irrigation tools.
  • Participate in continuous professional development.
  • Contribute to the improvement of clinic services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • HCPC registered
  • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services plus underpinning knowledge from BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science or an equivalent accredited qualification
  • Registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
  • Accredited Checker (or willing to undertake the course and complete within one year of appointment)
  • Clinical trial experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
