Job Description
If you are a people person who loves interacting with customers over the phone and want to be part of a motivated funloving team that prides itself on providing the best customer service then look no further.
We are currently looking to recruit an additional team member for our Bookings Team based at our FordStore Head Office in Norwich.
As a flexible inclusive employer we can tailor the position to suit a range of flexible working patterns. If you are the right candidate for the role we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The key elements of the role are:
- Carrying out postvisit calls ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the service we have provided and dealing with any concerns raised
- Handling inbound booking calls from our customers
- Making outbound calls advising customers of servicing MOT and other work due on their vehicles
- Actioning website live chat email and manufacturer leads enquiries
- Updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Keyloop
Skills required:
- Excellent customer service our customers come first in all that we do!
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills we want our customers to hear you smiling at the other end of the phone!
- Administration experience we use Keyloop (CRM system) and all the usual Microsoft products.
- Motivated enthusiastic and funloving to fit in well with the rest of the team!
- Call centre experience great but not essential as we are more than happy to provide full training for the right person.
