PartTime Academic Instructor (EESC 303: Mineralogy)
The Department of Earth and Enviornmental Sciences invites applications for a parttime Academic Instructor to teach 3 credits of EESC 303 (Mineralogy) plus lab (1.5 credits) during the fall term of theacademic year. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. or Masters in Earth Sciences or a closely related field. Preference will be given to individuals who exhibit a commitment to teaching and prior successful teaching experience at the university level is desirable. The Department is also seeking candidates who are committed to contributing to StFXs priorities of equity diversity and inclusion. Demonstrated ability in fostering a climate of inclusion in the classroom is an asset.
