In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager you will join the Commercial Real Estate team thats doubling down on winning together!
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Assess property development and investment transactions
Prepare and submit property lending proposals
Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
Utilise a structured sales approach to build and leverage relationships with specialists to deepen customer advocacy
Develop and improve professional excellence through the management of individual and team performance
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment.
Expertise in Commercial Real Estate (preference that you hold a businessrelated degree and/or postgraduate professional qualification)
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
A strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
