How Youll Shine:
The Facility Clerk/Receiver will be responsible for the ordering receiving and storing of all products needed by the Food and Beverage Department. These products will allow the team to provide our guests with quality products in a timely manner as it pertains to the various quick service food and beverage outlets of resort. The Facility Clerk/Receiver will follow all food safety requirements to ensure all food meets the quality standards. This role will maintain the companys expected high quality standards and will follow all safety protocols as dictated by company policy.
How Youll Make an Impact:
Place all necessary food/paper/chemical orders needed utilizing par lists and order guides for specified vendors.
Receive organize and store all purchased products ensuring they meet food safety and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of all storages coolers and freezers by following all health safety guidelines.
Understand all food handling & storing guidelines to ensure food born illness and crosscontamination possibilities are eliminated.
Maintain positive guest owner and associate relationships: Respond appropriately to internal guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total proper items are provided.
Bring concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or followup.
Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
