Onsite lab diagnostics and for Coverage: New program growthDates of Coverage: Oct 7 2024 for 10 monthsCall Ratio: 1:5Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult GeriatricPercentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% OncologyNumber of Physicians in Practice: 7 across 2 locationsAPPs Provide Coverage: 10Average Number of Outpatient Per Day: 1015Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day: 15Clinical Area: Oncology OutpatientTrauma Level/Designation: Level 2 TraumaDocumentation System/EMR: EpicCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBLSBoard CertifiedBoard EligibleSTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSMichiganADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTSBoard Certified/Board Eligible: Hematology/Oncology
