Job Description

As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions Strategy (SCSS) team this role will be responsible for driving the innovation pipeline within the Operations Technology Solutions Supply Chain (OTSSC) organization. We are seeking a Solutions Strategy Manager to lead our service innovation initiatives within the Operations Technology Solutions organization. As the Service Innovation Lead you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new supply chain services that enhance our operational capabilities and drive business growth.

In this role you will manage the endtoend innovation lifecycle from ideation to implementation. Your responsibilities will include gathering customer and operational insights alongside competitive analysis to inform our service portfolio strategy. Youll develop and maintain robust portfolio analytics to support datadriven decisionmaking and identify emerging trends and opportunities in the supply chain landscape.

Working closely with crossfunctional teams including Engineering Planning teams and Product Management you will translate market insights into actionable service enhancements and new offerings. Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders to help scale SC services through innovative integrations to align with our global services portfolio and technical standards
This role requires strong analytical skills a deep understanding of supply chain operations and the ability to balance innovation with practical implementation. You should be adept at translating complex data into clear actionable strategies that drive our supply chain services forward.


Key job responsibilities
Drive endtoend innovation lifecycle for supply chain services from initial concept through implementation
Develop and maintain portfolio analytics framework for service performance tracking
Gather customer and operational insights alongside competitive analysis to inform our service portfolio strategy
Create standardized evaluation tools for new service opportunities and impact measurement
Partner with internal stakeholders to align innovations with global portfolio standards
Collaborate with internal teams on technical feasibility assessments and to develop ROI models for new initiatives
Own and maintain the innovation pipeline and roadmap
Drive continuous improvement of existing services through datadriven insights
Develop and track innovation KPIs and success metrics
Identify and evaluate emerging supply chain trends
Build comprehensive business cases for new service initiatives
Present innovation pipeline updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Create and maintain innovation strategy documentation

A day in the life
Review service performance metrics and identify areas for innovation
Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to shape new service opportunities
Update portfolio analytics dashboards and track innovation KPIs
Assess competitive landscape and emerging supply chain trends
Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate feasibility of service enhancement proposals
and align innovation initiatives with broader strategy
Monitor innovation pipeline health and progress and prioritize new service opportunities
Track implementation milestones for ongoing initiatives
Update service roadmaps based on new insights and feedback
Create business cases for new service proposal and develop executive presentations on innovation strategy
Maintain innovation pipeline documentation and progress reports

Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) acts as a strategic partner optimizing IT infrastructure and equipment flow across Amazons global operations. SCS manages the lifecycle of OTSSC services aligns supply chain services with business strategy and drives technology adoption. Together OTS and SCS form the backbone of Amazons operational efficiency supporting diverse business units worldwide and ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction through innovative datadriven solutions.

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams

3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
