Job Title:Aerospace Certification Proctor
Pay Rate:$23/hour
Location: Everett Seattle and Renton WA (must be open to all locations)
Schedule: Flexible must be available to support clients 24/7
Overview:
Our client is seeking an Aerospace Certification Proctor to support electronic testing sessions at aerospace client sites. Noprior aerospace experience is required just strong customer service skills and basic technical/computer proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for students during electronic testing sessions.
- Maintain the testing area including scheduling setup equipment and cleanup.
- Check in participants and enforce testing compliance guidelines.
- Provide handson support to instructors such as handing out materials or assisting students in labs.
- Ensure all classroom technology and software are functioning correctly.
- Communicate regularly with the Delivery Services Manager and escalate issues as needed.
- Stay current on testing content and requirements.
- Candidates who excel may be considered for future instructor roles depending on company needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks including login support and navigating applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable organized and professional.
- Must be open to a flexible work schedule and willing to work across Everett Seattle and Renton.
