We are seeking a new team player to fill our QualityInspectorposition available at our Phoenix AZ manufacturing facility. This is an ON SITE position.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through thorough inspection and testing processes.
Duties:
Perform detailed inspections on incoming materials work in progress and finished products
Utilize tools such as calipers micrometers and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues promptly
Implement quality management systems and procedures to maintain highquality standards
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for reference
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality control quality assurance or a related field
Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies
Ability to fabricate and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent analytical skills to assess product quality effectively
