Job Description
- Maintaining a friendly andprofessional relationship with customers as the first point of contact forService
- Perform and document walkaround inspections of customer vehicles during service intake
- Effectively communicate with customers about inspection results and recommending correctiveprocedures
- Managing customer complaints andconcerns to find a resolution quickly andeffectively
- Working closely with the Service team as well as Parts andAccessories team to provide the bestservice to the customer
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Customer service skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Have good organization skills
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Be familiar with basic computer functions
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a positive friendly and outgoing personality
- Desire to work with the customers
- Must be dependable honest courteous and selfmotivated
- Prior experience in a service repair facility is preferred; however training will be provided
