Early Childhood Floater

Position Overview
Graland Country Day School seeks an intelligent energetic flexible and dedicated educator who is interested in working with the ECLC Preschool and PreK staff to create a nurturing stimulating and organized classroom environment. The Floater has the unique position of supporting all five classrooms on a regular basis. A desire to work collaboratively on a gradelevel team as well as a desire for personal and professional growth are essential qualities for this position. The person must be cognizant of the variation of students cognitive social and emotional needs and capable of responding appropriately to each student as an individual. The Floater is a fully integrated member of the classroom team and is expected to support the learning process.

Reports to: Associate Head of Lower School and Director of Early Childhood Learning Center
Terms: Fulltime 8:30 a.m.4:30 p.m. exempt school year starts August 2025

Qualifications & Requirements
Must be willing to meet appropriate Toddler/Preschool Teacher requirements/qualifications and provide all documentation as required by the State of Colorado Department of Human Services upon hire.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Salary range is $48000 $50000.
