Job Description
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed; ongoing needs to support two fulltime providers. Dates will vary.
Reason for Coverage: Cover our two Hampton Roads clinics when providers need time off or while one of our positions is vacant.
Practice Setting: Occupational Health
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00close (close at 4:30pm but can be delayed by walk in injuries)
