About the Job:
The Finance Executive is responsible for managing endtoend financial operations ensuring tax compliance and delivering strategic insights through reporting and analysis. This role supports business growth by optimizing financial processes maintaining regulatory compliance and safeguarding company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Monitor cash flow invoicing and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan tax laws and support audits.
- Oversee payroll benefits and operational expenses
- Utilize tools like QuickBooks or Xero to streamline finance operations
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 23 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficient in QuickBooks Microsoft Excel and other finance tools
- Basic knowledge of Sri Lankan tax laws and compliance regulations
- Develop internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
