Role: Customer Service Agent
Languages: German (C2/native) & English (B2 minimum)
Contract: Fulltime
Provide highquality customer support via phone email and chat
Handle inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage daily interactions in a professional and empathetic manner
Accurately log all interactions in the system and escalate complex cases when necessary
Fluency in German (C2/native level)
Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
High school diploma or above
Previous experience in customer service retail travel or hospitality is a plus
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
