Job Description
Job Title: Residential Surveyor
Salary: Up to 55000 (DOE)
Location: Remote working surveying Birmingham area Field & HomeBased
Were working with a longstanding surveying practice thats looking to bring an experienced Residential Surveyor on board. The role covers the Birmingham area and involves carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys private valuations and producing clear accurate reports.
This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. Youll be given the tools support and flexibility needed to do the job properly with a focus on quality rather than volume.
About the Role
Youll be responsible for surveying residential properties across Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role includes Level 2 Homebuyer Reports Level 3 Building Surveys and private valuations. Youll also be expected to produce detailed wellstructured reports in line with industry standards. Youll manage your own diary with remote support from a wellorganised backoffice team.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday onlyno weekend work.
Key Duties
Conducting Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
Some valuation work
Producing clear detailed written reports
Key Requirements
AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
Solid experience in a residential surveying role
Comfortable with both Level 2 and Level 3 reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organised selfmotivated and genuinely clientfocused
