Salary: 45000 to 65000 benefits
Contract Type: Fulltime permanent

Now as we enter an exciting new phase of growth were looking for an energetic and commercially minded Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director youll take the lead on delivering our business plan embedding operational excellence and evolving the way we work. From people to processes compliance to culture youll have real influence and the autonomy to drive meaningful change.
Youll also act as a cultural ambassador promoting our clientfirst ethos and using new technology and systems to support and enhance our mission of delivering an exceptional service experience.
What youll be doing
- Driving the business strategy and reinforcing our valuesled company culture.
- Leading operational improvements and streamlining internal processes.
- Overseeing HR compliance finance IT and supplier relationships.
- Managing mentoring and developing a highperforming team.
- Collaborating closely with the MD and wider leadership team on strategic projects.
- Identifying and implementing tech solutions that improve efficiency and client experience.
What youll bring

Essential skills and experience
- At least 2 years in an operations or business management role.
- Leadership experience with a strong focus on team development.
- Project management skills and a proactive mindset.
- Strong Excel and datahandling capability.
- HR knowledge and confidence managing peoplerelated issues.
- Ideally experience in financial planning or wealth management
(though exceptional candidates from other sectors are welcome to apply)
