A bit about the job
Were looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role is all about proactive account management continuous improvement and delivering highquality service. Youll work closely with key partners brokers internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients needs. Its a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative clientfocused environment.
