Diverse responsibilities: You will operate as the center of communication for your team; preparing professional business communications coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports. You will manage complex calendars for multiple executives prioritizing schedules identifying and resolving conflicts on an adhoc basis. You will plan and execute details related to meetings and conferences such as conference room reservations catering audio/video needs and all other essential services.
Collaborative work environment: You will be the point of contact for your team of bankers to the rest of the firm. On a daytoday basis you will work closely with other members of the Operating Support Staff (OSS) and teammates. In a fastpaced environment with constantly shifting priorities willingness to pitch in to assist others is essential.

Ask questions along to way to deepen your understanding of M&A process and your industry group
Understand the deal process from pitch to close. Know where your team of bankers are in the process at any given time to anticipate potential needs or conflicts
Desired Job Specific Competencies Education and Experience:
Proficient in MS Office MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint
Heavy calendar and contact management with potential inbox management over time.
Ability to successfully manage multiple executives inboxes prioritize emails and respond on bankers behalf as appropriate
General Excel formula capabilities to organize data build out specific dashboard requests etc.
Editing and formatting expertise in PowerPoint utilizing templates
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to be considered you must be able to work in Germany without Sponsorship.
You must speak and write both German and English fluently
2 years of related experience
