Your Role
An exciting opportunity currently exists within the Chanel College maintenance team asFacilities Manager. This is a fulltime (38hpw) position for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
TheFacilities Manager manages the Facilities responsibilities of the College and provide strategic planning and advice to the Principal and Finance Manager. The Facilities Manager will also ensure that a high standard of safety applies to all facilities and ensure that all duties are completed to an acceptable standard.
Attractively designed healthy and wellmaintained lawns gardens and grounds create a positive first impression establish a peaceful mood. The Facilities Manager would be expected to perform a variety of tasks necessary to achieve a pleasant and functional outdoor and indoor environment.

The successful applicant will have relevant experience and an understanding of and a commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education. In addition you will have excellent people skills the ability to work as a part of a team and a willingness to support students staff and parents of the school.
