In this role youll oversee the acclaimed Mamasita Mexican restaurant and bar our vibrant allday dining caf and play a pivotal role in launching our conference and events offeringin the coming months. This is a rare opportunity to lead across multiple venues shape the guest experience and make your mark in Adelaides buzzing food and event scene.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of Mamasita the caf and all F&B outlets
- Drive team performance and deliver exceptional service standards across all venues
- Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to innovate menus and guest experiences
- Develop SOPs and strategies for the successful launch of conferencing and event services
- Manage budgets stock and supplier relationships with a focus on quality and profitability
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and launch strategic promotions that drive revenue for Food and Beverage.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in F&B management across multiple venues
- Confident leadership with a handson peoplefirst approach
- Strong understanding of Adelaides hospitality scene
- Experience in launching or managing events and conferencing is a big plus
- Excellent operational communication and teambuilding skills
