Senior SEO Specialist
Location: Remote (Global)

Reports to: SEO and Paid Media Advisor
Salary: R40000.00 R60000.00 (Based on experience skill and in relation to your current package)

Were scaling our digital team and are on the lookout for a talented SEO expert to help take our organic visibility to the next level.
About the Role:
Were seeking a strategic and analytical Senior SEO Specialist to lead all SEO initiatives across our global site. Youll be responsible for driving organic growth reporting performance managing technical and onpage SEO and supporting the junior SEO specialist.
Youll work directly with stakeholders content writers developers and the performance team to execute datadriven strategies that grow organic traffic and improve site health.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage SEO strategy across international markets (UK US & EU)
Conduct keyword research audits and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Monitor and report performance using GA4 GSC Looker Studio and Semrush
Work closely with content dev and marketing teams to implement technical and onpage SEO changes
Develop and own the backlinking strategy in collaboration with the content team
Present SEO strategies and progress updates to senior stakeholders
Guide and support the Junior SEO Specialist with training and task management
Prioritise SEO roadmap and ensure timely execution of technical and content optimisations
Manage indexing crawl budget hreflang implementation structured data and site speed improvements
What Were Looking For
5 years handson SEO experience (inhouse or agency)
Strong technical SEO knowledge and audit experience
Experience with GA4 GSC Screaming Frog Semrush Looker Studio
Excellent understanding of ranking signals crawl behaviour and content strategy
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members
Comfortable managing large websites or marketplaces
Bonus Points
Experience in the marine yachting or luxury marketplace industry
Familiarity with international SEO and CMS platforms like WordPress Ruby on Rails
