Job Description
Position: Senior Product Development Engineer
Salary Range: VND 3238 mil (not including OT)
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare and manage technical engineering documentation:
- Develop and maintain all relevant technical documents including customer specifications BOMs ECNs DNs and EERs for all products.
- Review customer specification documents thoroughly and clearly communicate key points to internal teams.
- Evaluate BOMs to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Issue and implement ECN or DN documents in accordance with customer and engineering instructions.
2. Verification Testing (VT) Execution:
- Lead sample builds during EVT DVT and MVT phases.
- Coordinate closely with customers on product design specifications and sample build commitments.
- Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews with crossfunctional teams to enhance design efficiency.
- Collaborate regularly with suppliers and counterparts for technical support.
- Drive production line readiness planning in line with project qualification milestones.
- Facilitate regular engineering review meetings to address any issues or defects arising during sample builds and to review data prior to customer delivery.
- Conduct evaluations based on customer process and supplier requirements to ensure project stability.
3. Provide technical support for production:
- Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities.
- Conduct failure analyses.
- Assist in managing supply chainrelated technical issues.
- Provide support for IFICA and SCCAS processes.
4. Ensure all work processes machinery and tooling designs comply with safety standards.
5. Adhere strictly to established safety procedures and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
- Relevant experience in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environments; experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficient in English communication both written and verbal.
Working Conditions:
Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Competitive salary and housing allowance.
OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
13th salary month.
Social Insurance in full salary.
Annual leave: 12 days per year.
