At DU Executive Education were looking for a bold strategic and missiondriven sales professional to join our entrepreneurial team. As our next Director of Business Development you wont just sell a productyoull sell impact. This is a playercoach role for someone ready to lead from the front. Youll be the primary driver of revenue overseeing a $1.2M portfolio through both B2C and B2B sales. At the same time youll manage and inspire a small but mighty sales and marketing team. Collaborating with and reporting to the Executive Director youll have the autonomy and authority to act fast make decisions and drive real results.

Work Schedule
Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 flexibility to occasionally work evenings or work policy is 2days remote and 3days in the office. The hiring manager will share more about DU hybrid work policy and discuss work schedule flexibility.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 13.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $95000 $102000.

The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
