Now Hiring: FullTime Cook @ Omni Severin Hotel (Downtown Indy!)
About the Role:
Love to cook Crave that fastpaced kitchen energy Join our culinary team at the historic Omni Severin Hotel and be part of something special. Were looking for a creative driven cook whos ready to level up their skills and bring flavor to every plate.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Link up with our Kitchen MOD each day to get the rundown and crush your prep list
Knock out prep and line tasks like a proon time and up to standard
Follow recipes plate like a champ and help make our banquets
Know your way around a kitchenpars portions and presentation included
Communicate with your team so everyones in sync and stations are set
Be flexiblehelp out on the hotline steam table or restaurant line as needed
Keep it clean: follow toptier sanitation and safety practices
Treat our equipment like its your own (aka with care)
Pitch in on specials and bring fresh ideas to the table
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
Youve got some kitchen experience (culinary school bonus points)
Youre a solid communicator and team player
You dont mind weekends or hustlethis is hotel life after all
Youre hungry to grow learn and make food that makes people happy
